Personal Trainer. Knowledgeable Coach

. Friendly Motivator.

As an ACE-certified personal trainer, I love helping clients feel strong, powerful, and accomplished. I’m determined to help women and men move better and gain confidence and resilience, while showing them that you can actually look forward to exercise. Sweating it out should be fun and it’s my goal to make it that way! I aim to do just that via personalized programming and efficient, engaging workouts. I’m friendly in my motivation (you can guarantee some bad jokes with a side of sarcasm), but I’m not afraid to push people through a tough set or get them to reach for that higher goal. I like planning a soothing cat-cow and a strong, heavy deadlift, as much as I love a burpee Tabata and stair runs.

Testimonials:

“Mal’s energy is contagious and I loved working with her to get in shape for my wedding! Her passion for health and wellness and for helping others achieve their fitness goals is evident in the way she carefully crafts her sessions to maximize her client's desired outcome. Prior to meeting, we discussed my goals and areas of focus, and she developed a series of sessions that included high and low impact exercises, cardio, and strength training. I saw results in just a few sessions and can’t thank her enough—she helped me feel confident and strong on my wedding day. I would 1,000% recommend all my friends to train with Mal. She made working out fun, didn’t judge me for being uncoordinated, and always had great tips and recommendations around health and wellness.” —Sarah R.

“I truly looked forward to coming to see Mallory every session. I never felt pressured or in a weird environment. She made everything seem very easy, but also rewarding. (That does not mean it actually WAS easy.) I liked the range of exercises that we did, as well as how she reacted very well to my requests. If I was feeling like I wanted to increase the strength training, she adjusted the workout for that. She was also game for boxing, which was my favorite part. The results were great. I have ALREADY recommended Mallory’s sessions to my friends because she is an amazing trainer and friend as well. She is someone who puts 110% into every session and listens to clients, which I think is her best quality. By listening to me and hearing what I wanted and what my goals were, Mallory was able to curate workouts that would help me get there.” —Natalia Q.

“I liked that the style of exercises was designed for long-term, consistent training. In the past, so many classes [I took], as well as a handful of times that I had tried PT, I would get so burned out from one session that I wouldn’t work out again for a few days and quickly started dreading the sessions. Mallory’s training helped get me in better shape without making me sore for days or too tired to do it multiple times a week! I also liked the routines she planned felt specific to my body and goals—I don’t really like weight training on machines and loved that everything we did used free weights or were core workouts. I also personally thought Mallory was a great mix of being kind and also pushing me.” —Ramyata J.
